Reena Rose Sibayan is a photojournalist based in New
Jersey, USA.
She currently works as a full-time
staff photographer for the Jersey Journal,
a daily newspaper in Jersey City
covering the county of Hudson.
A graduate of the Eddie Adams
Photography Workshop in 2002, she has
received awards from the New Jersey
Press Association (NJPA), the New
Jersey Press Photographers Association
(NJPPA) and National Press
Photographers Association (NPPA). Her
work has appeared in the
Star-Ledger and the New York Times,
among others.
She is an award-winning member of the
Wedding
Photojournalist Association (WPJA).
Reena was born in San Fernando, La
Union, Philippines, and grew up in
Baguio City, Philippines. She
immigrated to the United States in 1997.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts
in Communications from
Oakland University in Rochester,
Michigan. She lives with her
husband, photographer Max Pasion, in Bayonne, NJ.
