JERSEY CITY, NJ, MARCH 25, 2008 -- His Eminence Evangelos Kourounis, Metropolitan

of New Jersey, celebrates the Feast Day of Annunciation and the Feast Day of the

Parish Evangelismos Tis Theotokou with a Hierarchal Liturgy at the Greek

Orthodox Church Evangelismos on Montgomery Street. Today is also

the Feast Day of his patron saint and namesake, Evangelos.

Greek Orthodox Church of Saint George in Clifton, as he distributes bread, a symbol

of appreciation, to parishioners leaving the Greek Orthodox Church Evangelismos.
