JERSEY CITY, N.J., APRIL 11, 2023 -- On a dry, windy day, firefighters battled a seven-alarm brush fire which originated from a paper recycling plant then jumped the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail tracks and the Newark Bay-Hudson County Turnpike Extension into areas of trees and grass.
