JERSEY CITY, N.J., SEPT. 29, 2021 -- Martin Luther King III, social justice advocate and son of the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, gave the keynote address for the 2021 Saint Peter’s Michaelmas Convocation at St. Aedan’s: The Saint Peter’s University Church. King also received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters, honoris causa. The ceremony was a signature event in the University’s year-long celebration of its 150th anniversary.
