JERSEY CITY, N.J., JUNE 26, 2015 --  In a rare courtroom moment, families of victim and killer united in grief at a fatal DWI crash sentencing. After the sentencing, grieving family members and friends of the vehicular homicide victim, Ron Hill II, and convicted killer, Luis E.
